Dina Shoman is a banking veteran, serial entrepreneur, angel investor, and experienced board member with over 20 years of leadership spanning international banking, startups, investing, and social impact initiatives. She has founded three companies—inherQuests, Nahji, and Verity—aimed at creating innovative financial literacy solutions for children and young adults.

Dina has served on the boards of Arab Bank and its international subsidiaries in markets including Switzerland and Australia, as well as NGOs such as the Jordan River Foundation and INJAZ.

Earlier in her career, Dina was Executive Vice President and Head of Branding at Arab Bank, where she oversaw global brand strategy, corporate communications, marketing, sustainability, and large-scale transformation initiatives. In 2012, she was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum.

Today, Dina focuses on angel investing, mentoring, board leadership, and advisory roles, while engaging in selective consulting projects that align with her passion for purpose-driven innovation.
