I am originally from Sri Lanka but have lived and grown up in several different countries including Sri Lanka, Ireland, the Philippines and the UK. Due to this, I would say I am truly a global traveller and citizen having experienced a wide range of contexts and cultures. Currently I work as an Associate at Kerten Unlimited, a boutique Private Equity company based in Dublin. Prior to beginning this full-time position, I obtained degrees from both Trinity College Dublin and Imperial College London, specializing in Economics. My university career was complemented by a diverse array of professional work experiences ranging from public policy advisory, economic consulting and financial services to early-stage venture capital. Alongside this, I was fortunate to co-found two start-ups during my undergraduate degree in the medical technology and early stage venture capital spaces, respectively.
