Djeniffer is currently a Transaction Manager / Financial Analyst at the Privatization and Public-Private Partnership Unit at the Ministry of Finance and Planning in Cabo Verde where she is responsible for monitoring the different stages of the PPP process including feasibility studies, PPP models, procurement, and contracting. After graduating with an Economics degree from Yale University, she began her professional career as Financial Analyst in the Commerce division of International Business Machines (IBM). Having spent three years in corporate finance, she decided to transition into a career path focused on economic and social development and move back to her home country, Cabo Verde, in hopes of contributing to its progress.
