Doug McMillon is president and CEO of Walmart Inc. He is a lifelong merchant who has dedicated his career to bringing products and services to customers and members to help them save money and live a better life. Today, he and his team are building the world’s leading people-led, tech-powered omnichannel retailer that’s dedicated to this purpose.

He has worked at Walmart for more than 30 years, starting as an hourly associate unloading trailers, and going on to serve in senior roles including president and CEO of Walmart International and Sam’s Club. Doug serves on the boards of directors of Business Roundtable, the Consumer Goods Forum, The U.S.-China Business Council, and Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. He also sits on the advisory board of the Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management in Beijing, China.
