Multilingual strategic communicator with 5+ years of experience in business strategy and management consulting majorly focused on business development, pricing, revenue & profit, sales & channel growth, ecommerce, product & brand portfolio, financial budgeting. She takes ideas from the 50th floor to street level connecting people, developing strategy, and managing the most complex business issues from strategy through execution – all with a focus on creating innovation and disruptive solutions to deliver the highest impact on business results. A life-long learner, gender & climate activist, social impact ambassador, community leader, designer and strategist with international work & academic experience in Germany and Austria.

Currently, she works on new systems design to create social impact and serves as Alumni Coach at IDEO U which is IDEO’s consumer education brand that supports learning innovation, creativity & skills for the modern workplace for learners all over the world.
She joined the Global Shapers Community Istanbul Hub in 2014. During 2016-2017, she served as Vice Curator and contributed to the projects on the Fourth Industrial Revolution and Women Empowerment. During 2018-2019, she served as the by leading a diverse creative team of 30 young people to drive social impact at local / regional levels in the areas of climate change, gender equity, sustainability through several initiatives and partnerships – furthermore as the proud host hub of the SHAPE Europe & Eurasia 2019.

In 2019, she was selected to the Equity & Inclusion Impact Steering Committee and now serving as COVID-19 E&I Response Lead to 10,000 young people in over 154 countries to organize impactful projects covering humanitarian assistance, gender equity, health equity, social inclusion and civic engagement. The ultimate goal is to equip 100,000 people wordwide with knowledge and skills on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
