Alumni, Global Shapers Community

I am a member of the Nice Hub since May 2022. During these years, I have participated in different projects proposed by the hub with distinct roles. From September 2023 to June 2025, I was the leader of the Human Resources Team of the hub, taking care of the recruitment process and the well-being of the members of the hub, and part of the Leadership Team of the Hub.

I have been active in as volunteer and leader since I was in middle school, locally at the parrish of my village. There I was taking care of children and organizing activities for the community. During university, I helped AVIS (Associazione Volontari Italiani del Sangue), going into schools to raise awareness about the importance of blood donations and organizing activities to promote the association locally.

In the school year 2018-2019, I was elected Vice President and Secretary of the Bureau des Élèves (BDE) of my university campus, EURECOM (France). In this role, I organized student activities and facilitated the communication between students, faculty and administration of the university.

Since 2019, I am part of Helping Hands, a volunteering association that creates fundraising events to support other volunteering associations. Since 2021, in this context, I am the project sponsor for Maison des Jeunes et de la Culture (MJC) L'Escale, a community and cultural center located in Valbonne (France). MJC means House of Youth and Culture in English and offers cultural, educational, and recreational activities for people of all ages, targeting low income families.

I currently work as a Senior Cybersecurity Researcher at Amadeus (France). My research interests focus on the detection and mitigation of both attacks. Prior to that, I obtained a Ph.D. in Cryptography and Security from the Sorbonne Université. The Ph.D. research, fully funded by Amadeus after a successful internship with them, was conducted in the Digital Security Department at EURECOM. Thanks to results of my research, I published different papers in international conferences and journals. Furthermore, I was selected as finalist of the prestigious European Cyber Women Award 2023 in the category Research, I won the Microsoft Partners Woman Role Model Young Talent 2024 and I was included in the Nova 111 List Italy 2025 as one of the top 10 people under 30 in the category Software, Cloud & IT.

Since 2023, I am part of Amadeus Proud, that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace. Moreover, I am deeply committed to fostering gender equality and greater diversity in technology, especially in cybersecurity. I actively support initiatives that empower women and underrepresented groups to thrive in this industry, believing that diverse perspectives are essential to building stronger and more innovative security solutions. I am active mentor with the Women4Cyber Foundation and I was invited as panelist in different events to promote the role of women in cybersecurity.

My academic path started at Università degli studi di Pavia, where I obtained my bachelor in Bioengineering in 2017. During the bachelor, I also spent a semester at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid as an Erasmus student. In 2017, I was selected for a competitive double degree program between Politecnico di Torino and Télécom Paris-EURECOM. I have obtained a Master Degree from both institutions in 2020.

I can fluently speak Italian, English, French and Spanish. My interests outside cybersecurity are primarily nutrition, climate change and sustenability.
