Emirhan Samancı has experience across sovereign investment, strategic assets, and sustainability-focused initiatives.

He has worked at Türkiye Wealth Fund and Khazanah, gaining exposure to investment analysis across sectors including technology, telecommunications, infrastructure, and the green transition.

He is a member of the Global Shapers Community, where he has led an initiative on AI ethics and misinformation and previously co-led a project examining the impact of the cost-of-living crisis on young people in Scotland.

He holds board and trustee roles across nonprofit organisations and is a Climate Reality Leader. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a member of Chatham House’s Common Futures Conversations initiative.

His areas of interest include political economy, geopolitics, sustainable investment, energy security, and the green transition.

He holds an MA in Economics from the University of Glasgow and is pursuing graduate studies in finance at London Business School.
