Formerly: Undersecretary of Hydrocarbons, Ministry of Energy; Member of the Board of Directors, PEMEX. Currently, Chief Executive Officer, Federal Electricity Commission. Professor of Constitutional Law, Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. Author or co-author of books and articles published in Mexico and the United States. Recipient, Award of Merit, LP Gas industry (2014.).
