I believe in the power of communication through meeting one another. As a presenter, host and interviewer it is my job to create a safe space in which people feel comfortable sharing their exeperiences and the stories that formed them. Creating these kinds of environments allows me to facilitate fruitfull negoiations, conversations and action plans. As a former youth representative of The Netherlands I believe that young people drive change. In my work as a Coordinator Public Dialogue Forming for the Netherlands Youth Institutute, I focus on positioning the insights of the number one knowledge institute in the country for youth in the public debate.
