Erika Smakula is the director of private programs and partnership at CERAWeek by IHS Markit, an annual energy conference for the industry’s top thought leaders, held every spring in Houston, Texas.

She is responsible for curating private communities at CERAWeek through summits, forums and networking events developed exclusively for senior-level executives and key decision-makers in the industry. She also oversees a team responsible for managing CERAWeek partner relationships and delivery.

Erika holds a degree in International Economics from American University in Washington, DC and is based in Los Angeles, California.
