Fabio La Franca

Founding Partner, Blueverse Ventures

Fabio La Franca designs cross-border capital systems operating at the intersection of technology, infrastructure, and geopolitics.

He is the Founding Partner of Blueverse Ventures, a UK FCA-regulated investment platform structured to deploy capital across AI-native systems, human–computer interaction, and next-generation digital infrastructure. Blueverse connects capital, compute, and coordination across global corridors spanning Europe, China, the United States, and the Gulf.

His work focuses on building long-horizon investment architectures that move beyond traditional venture capital, enabling capital to flow into systems that define how economies compute, coordinate, and scale. This includes the development of cross-border corridors linking research, policy, and industrial execution, with active engagements across European and Chinese innovation systems.

Fabio contributes to global frameworks on technology and governance as a partner to the World Economic Forum’s Technology Group, the Defining and Building the Metaverse Initiative, as well as a member of its Global Future Council for Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality.

He serves as a Jury Member for the European Innovation Council and as an Expert Rapporteur to the European Commission under Horizon 2020.

His work has been recognised with the “Top VC/Accelerator for Metaverse/Web3” award at the European Metaverse Awards and “Investment Advisory Firm of the Year”.

Previously, Fabio qualified as a Fellow Chartered Accountant at PWC in London and holds an MBA from the University of Exeter, UK. He is a French native.

He operates at the level where capital, infrastructure, and geopolitical systems converge.
