Farooq is the Founder and CEO of the Qimam Foundation, a non-profit that aims to identify and empower the high-potential university students of the MENAP region.

He is also a Junior Manager with McKinsey & Company, where he works with leading public and private sector clients in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
