Faten was born in Gaza. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administartion from the Islamic University of Gaza (IUG) in Palestine.
Growing up in occupied Palestine shaped her into the person she is today. She is passionate about contributing to the positive change in Gaza community, and being one of change agents of the next generation that aims at improving living conditions of Palestinian people in Gaza by creating opportunities for youth, women and girls to grow. She kneely believes that women’s voice must be heared not overlooked.
In addition to her full-time job as Customer Representative Officer at Quds Bank, she volunteered in several non-profit sector as events manager/organizer ,volunteer and dedicate her time and energy to several initiatives addressing Palestinian youth development challenges.
She is an active member in “Ele-Elna-elak” charitable campaign that is to provide emergency aid for marginalized people by fulfilling their basic needs including food, water, clothes, education, in order to respect and protect their rights and dignity.
Faten joined the global shapers in Gaza hub in 2019.
