Florian Hoffmann

Florian is founder and CEO of The DO and a thought leader for a new economy that is sustainable, innovative and equitable. The DO is home to the DO Group and DO School. The DO Group works with organisations on their purposeful transformation. The DO School is a life-long learning center that believes in the power of hands-on learning. And, as a social business, The DO Community connects The DO's global ecosystem and young entrepreneurs from over 100 countries in the belief that together, our actions can solve the big challenges of our time. Previously, Florian co-founded and led organisations in philanthropy, media and the lifestyle industry in Asia, Europe and the US. He holds an MPhil in International Politics from St Antony´s College, Oxford University with distinction and regularly teaches and contributes to the debate on using entrepreneurship and innovation to create positive change in the world. Florian is a recipient of the German government award Land der Ideen and was named a Young Global Leader by the WEF in 2017. He lives in Berlin with his wife and daughter.
