He is the president and founder of Triola Aina Foundation (TAF) a youth-led, non-profit focused on youth advocacy by promoting access to quality education and entrepreneurship for self-reliance. He has done these through many years of professional experience working with the Government of Nigeria and consulting globally.

While working at the National Bureau of Statistics, as a Special Assistant, he contributed to the successful implementation of the Nigerian National Statistical System (NSS) which resulted in timely production, processing and dissemination of official statistics to aid national planning for national development. Similarly, while working as a Humanitarian Data Analyst with the Humanitarian Coordination Unit at the Office of the Vice President, in Nigeria, he provided technical expertise which resulted in the Recovery and Peace Building Assessment exercise towards addressing the humanitarian crisis, which directly impacted the lives of over 1 million internally displaced persons (IDPs) including youth, women and children in Nigeria’s troubled North East region.

Through TAF, he has successfully mentored over 8,000 young Nigerians in leadership development, in addition to directly impacting the lives of over 1,000 school children by promoting access to quality education in Northern Nigeria. In recognition of his leadership, he was awarded a Mandela Washington Fellowship in 2016. Similarly, in 2019, he was invited as a speaker and a Next Generation Delegate on the Global Food Security Symposium organised by the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, USA.
