Senior executive with more than 15 years of experience in the financial sector across various domains (strategy,/business development, finance, M&A, banking regulation, change management and transformation) and sectors (private equity, retail and commercial banking, investment banking, asset and wealth management).
Started her career in McKinsey and private equity with focus on M&A, private investments and deal execution; subsequently moved into the banking industry covering a variety of senior roles in some of the largest european Banks.
She is currently CEO of Molofinance, a Fintech company based in London
Francesca holds a PhD in Banking and Finance from the University of Rome, an MBA (Hons) from Columbia University, specializing in finance and Laurea summa cum laude from the University of Rome.

She is married, has two children and lives in London with her family.
