Formerly: served at the Rwanda Development Board; Director-General, Rwanda Investment & Export Promotion Agency; served in various managerial positions at UNDP; April 2005 - October 2009, Rwanda's Representative to the NEPAD Steering Committee; October 2009 - July 2014, Principal Private Secretary to the President of the Republic of Rwanda; Chief Economist and Deputy Head of Policy and Strategy, Office of the President. Currently, Chief Executive Officer, Rwanda Development Board and Cabinet Member.
