Professor, Power Systems Laboratory, ETH Zurich. Research focuses on the operation and planning of electric power systems, with the main objective of enabling the integration of increased levels of renewable generation. More specifically, developing the computational methods and tools which ensure a reliable and efficient operation of the future power grid dealing with the inherent uncertainty of variable renewable generation.
