Currently, Cheng Yu-tung Chair Professor, School of Law, Tsinghua University; Adjunct Professor, Duke University School of Law. Co-Founder, Stock Exchange Executive Council; was instrumental in the founding of CSRC and the establishment of Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges in the early 1990s.
