I’m a public policy professional and data-driven strategist with over a decade of experience leading innovation, evaluation, and management initiatives in government and organisations.
Currently, I’m a Chevening Scholar at University College London (UCL), pursuing an MSc in Data Science and Public Policy, where I focus on how data, behavioural insights, and technology can improve decision-making and public value.
Before moving to the UK, I served as National Director of Innovation and Management Coordination in the Ministry of Culture at the Presidency of Argentina and previously as General Director of Monitoring and Evaluation in the Buenos Aires City Government. I’ve designed and led large-scale programs integrating data systems, performance dashboards, and impact measurement for services and programs.
