Gina Lagomarsino is President and CEO of Results for Development (R4D). R4D works with change agents around the globe to create self-sustaining systems that support healthy, educated people. At R4D, Ms. Lagomarsino has supported the development of several key initiatives including the Center for Education Innovations (CEI), which has identified and is promoting learning among more than 750 innovative education programs in 100 countries. CEI was inspired by R4D's Center for Health Market Innovations, a similar effort in the health space. Ms. Lagomarsino also helped design and launch the Joint Learning Network for Universal Health Coverage, a network of policymakers in low- and middle-income countries working together to develop practical solutions to the challenges of achieving universal health coverage, and is supporting R4D's current efforts to develop a similar network for education system leaders.
