Giovanni Maldonado studied Business Administration at Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla and later expanded his academic journey with a specialization in Fintech at the University of Chicago. He has also completed two diplomas at the Polytechnic of Colombia and an additional program at ESADE, strengthening his international outlook and multidisciplinary expertise. He is a certified Scrum Master with strong experience in agile project management.
Currently, serves as Curator of the Global Shapers Puebla Hub, where he leads initiatives that foster collaboration, innovation, and sustainable impact in his region. His leadership is focused on creating platforms that connect young changemakers, private sector leaders, and civil society to address global and local challenges.
Beyond his academic and professional achievements, Giovanni has a deep interest in psychology, project management, Agile PM4R, the circular economy, innovation, and technology. He is passionate about exploring how human behavior, organizational culture, and emerging technologies can converge to design solutions that generate positive social and environmental transformation.
His vision is to contribute to building ecosystems where sustainability, innovation, and inclusive growth become drivers of resilience and long-term prosperity.
