President and Chief Operating Officer, Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SpaceX)

BSc (Hons) and MSc (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mathematics, Northwestern University. Formerly: more than ten years with Aerospace Corporation in various management positions, including Chief Engineer of an MLV-class satellite programme; then Director, Microcosm's Space Systems Division, serving on Executive Committee and Director, Corporate Business Development. 2002, joined SpaceX as Vice-President, Business Development, and building a manifest of over 40 launches, representing over US$ 4 billion of business under contract; currently, President, responsible for day-to-day operations and for managing all customer and strategic relations; Member, Board of Directors. Former Member, Board of Directors, California Space Authority; has led efforts that have raised over US$ 350,000 for STEM programmes.
