Hafsa is an M&E Professional and a Humanitarian practitioner with extensive knowledge and experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Project Management. Where she works with young leaders on small scale and large scale projects in impact areas such as health, environment, education, women and children – on child abuse, gender-based violence, and domestic violence. Hafsa Co-founded UGASO, an umbrella dedicated to give voice to Somali women intellectuals. She is the Deputy Chair for SIMAD Alumni. Passionate about to contribute the development of youth, especially girls' education and empowerment in every way possible. She hopes to affect more lives through her volunteering activities.
