Hamza serves as the Director of Madinah Foundation, a leading philanthropic organization in Pakistan, and as Deputy Chairman for its umbrella institutions, the University of Faisalabad and Green International University. With a Ph.D. from the University of Vienna, his research focuses on the interplay of culture, politics, and journalism.

At Madinah Foundation, Hamza leads initiatives aimed at societal uplift, such as addressing food insecurity, financial assistance for education, transitioning its universities to green energy, and addressing critical societal challenges through sustainable innovation.

As co-founder of 9 News, Pakistan's first youth focued news aggregation platform, Hamza advocates for accessible and inclusive journalism. He also contributes regularly to the Baluchistan Times in Pakistan and Aidoni in France, fostering global collaboration among journalists and change-makers.
