As a searial entrepreneur, Hashim’s ventures total four startups that respectively focus on human capital development, advanced algorithms, creative design, and aerospace research and development.

In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, Hashim plays a pivotal role in consultancy, contributing to national and localized programs in education, labor market preparation, deep tech, space technology, and social innovation. He has successfully overseen a large-scale human capital development initiative, assessing, upskilling, and placing UAE Nationals in diverse industries. Hashim also crafted a labor reskilling acceleration program for unemployed Emiratis.

His expertise extends to strategic planning, execution, and implementing robust digital ventures with a focus on innovative business solutions. Hashim's strategic consultancy background includes roles at BCG and Monitor Deloitte, where he worked extensively across the private and public sector, covering public policy, national transformation, and program governance. He has also served as a consultant for the Minister of State of Entrepreneurship and SMEs.

Active in the Global Shapers Community, Hashim is the Founding Curator of the Sharjah Hub. He earned his bachelor's degree in Economics from the American University of Sharjah.
