I build and connect systems where people, operations, and technology meet. I am the Pre-Sales and Delivery Manager for Latin America at NTT DATA, working across the region on digital transformation, artificial intelligence, intelligent automation, and enterprise technology. Over the past four years, I have advised organizations on designing operating models, structuring complex initiatives, and translating strategic priorities into scalable technology solutions.

My strength is bringing order to complexity: simplifying problems, aligning stakeholders and priorities, and turning ideas into executable plans with clear ownership.

Outside my corporate role, I founded MaaSIVO and am developing Travit, an urban mobility initiative exploring how digital technology can make multimodal public transport more connected and accessible. Its first deployment reached more than 23,000 users across 50+ public transport routes in Guadalajara.

Within the Global Shapers Community, I served as Curator of the Guadalajara Hub and now serve as Impact Officer. My work has focused on strengthening onboarding, governance, institutional memory, impact measurement, and project continuity. I also co-lead Busología Guadalajara, a civic mobility initiative that transforms citizens’ public transport experiences into reliable information and structured evidence for better mobility conversations.

Trained as a Mechatronics Engineer, I bring systems thinking, stakeholder leadership, project management, and human-centered design. My interests include sustainable cities, inclusive innovation, skills for the future, operational resilience, and responsible artificial intelligence and automation. I speak Spanish and English, with basic Portuguese and Mandarin Chinese.
