That’s why I created Blendhub — the world’s first network of hubs to innovate and produce food using powder-based ingredients anywhere in the world.

After decades in the food industry, I saw the need for a radically new model: Food-as-a-Service — a unique business model where food brands, producers, startups, SMEs and NGOs can collaborate to bring ideas to market faster, safer, cheaper, and more sustainably.

With a global network hubs and a digital ecosystem for supplier identification, ingredient sourcing and validation, recipe development, and a global quality management system, we’re building an inclusive, open, and traceable food system that creates shared value for all participants — from farmer to consumer.
