My main passion is learning and development. I started as an online English Teacher, and as a volunteer teacher to underprivileged children. This volunteering experience was truly enriching and meaningful. It has led me to becoming a corporate trainer at Booking.com. And currently I am a Training Team leader, leading a group of trainers in the department of Financial Crime Prevention. Helping employees to acquire and maintain compliance knowledge to fight financial crime. Before as a trainer, and now as a training team leader I am keen on discovering and applying the latest discoveries in L&D to help my colleagues to learn. My key focus is digitization and automation of trainings.

I am a current curator of Global Shapers hub. My main mission is to bring back engagement and enthusiasm after a challenging COVID year. I would like to build a strong community that can deliver great projects.

My educational background is in Finance. I have a double degree in Financial Economics, and have passed 2 levels of CFA exam.
