Iim Fahima Jachja is a social entrepreneur, activist, and strategic advisor recognized as a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum, BusinessWeek’s 25 Asia Best Young Entrepreneurs, and a recipient of the UN Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) Award.

She is the Founder of Queenrides, a women’s empowerment platform focused on sustainable mobility, financial literacy, and women’s wellness, aligned with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. With a community of 200,000+ members across 25 countries, Queenrides partners with governments, corporations, and NGOs to drive systemic, scalable change. The platform has been recognized as one of Asia’s most creative startups by the World Economic Forum and awarded by UN Women WEPs.

Beyond Queenrides, Iim serves as a Strategic Advisor to the Indonesia AI Institute, advancing AI literacy, policy, and real-world applications in Indonesia. She is also the Co-founder of Cexup, an AI-powered telemedicine and Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) platform designed to enhance hospital service quality, coverage, and revenue.

Iim has received multiple short-term executive scholarships from leading global institutions, including Harvard Kennedy School, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, Stanford University and HKUST. As a sought-after global speaker, she has spoken at international forums such as WEF Davos, FIA Conference, Nissan Future, the Asian Development Bank (ADB) Regional Conference and Huwaei Conference among others.

A pioneer in digital advertising, she founded Virus Communication and later became CEO of Virtual Consulting (VIRTUCO), managing digital platforms with a combined reach of 20 million+ subscribers.

Today, Iim continues to lead and advise initiatives at the intersection of technology, AI, ESG, and women’s empowerment, with a strong focus on building inclusive, future-ready systems at national and global scale.
