Indra Nooyi is Chairman and CEO of PepsiCo. Within its global food and beverage portfolio, which generates more than $63 billion in annual net revenue, PepsiCo has 22 brands that generate more than $1 billion each in annual retail sales. PepsiCo's main businesses include Quaker, Tropicana, Gatorade, Frito-Lay and Pepsi-Cola. She is the chief architect of Performance with Purpose, PepsiCo’s approach to doing business, which weaves sustainability into the fabric of the company, helping to future-proof it for a changing world and enabling top-tier financial results. Mrs. Nooyi joined PepsiCo in 1994. She has directed the company's global strategy and led its restructuring, including the acquisition of Tropicana and the merger with Quaker Oats that brought the Quaker and Gatorade businesses to PepsiCo. In addition to being a member of the PepsiCo Board of Directors, Mrs. Nooyi serves as a member of the boards of the World Economic Forum, U.S.-India Business Council, The Consumer Goods Forum, Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts and Tsinghua University. She holds a B.S. from Madras Christian College, an M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management in Calcutta and a Master of Public and Private Management from Yale University.
