Ineke Bussemaker is the CEO of NMB Plc in
Tanzania. She has been an international banker
for 30 years and started her career in banking
after her MBA degree with a focus on business
computing. Her experience covers corporate
banking, country management, transaction
banking and e-business. Prior to joining NMB,
she has worked for four different banks across
four European countries.
She worked at Rabobank in the Netherlands
where she was head of payment services. Prior to
this she has worked for Citibank for 12 years,
where she was country manager in Denmark and
head of e-business for western Europe in London.
