Ioana is broadly interested in how art and science can inform human decisions towards a more conscious and connected world. She holds a PhD from MIT in Mathematics and Operations Research and works as a Professor of Decision Sciences at INSEAD, where she received multiple awards for her research and teaching. None of this helped her make decisions, so she is currently exploring how expressive art forms inform individual and collective decision making.
