Isabel is a Telecoms Engineer by trade.
Having worked in over 25 countries and following more than 15 years of experience in the telecoms and energy sectors, Isabel seized the potential of Africa and moved to Luanda.
She is now heads the international expansion of Angolan company Anglobal, where she is focused on the management of WB, AfDB, UN procurement process across Africa for the energy and telecommunications sectors.
