Isabelle Bajeux-Besnainou is Dean of the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University and the Richard P. Simmons Professor of Finance. A champion of interdisciplinary education and collaborative research, she has led the expansion of specialised master’s programmes, launched the Center for Intelligent Business, and increased support for students and faculty. She spearheaded the school’s strategic plan, Building the Intelligent Future 2024–2030, advancing Tepper’s vision for innovation in AI for business, economic prosperity and entrepreneurship. Formerly Dean of McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management, her expertise spans asset pricing, portfolio management and credit risk.
