Jaiwon is a CEO/co-founder of XYZ Venture Partners, a company builder & venture investor based in Seoul, Korea. Prior to founding her own venture, she was an investor at SoftBank Ventures Asia; management consultant at McKinsey & Company; and a product manager at a Bay Area startup. She also runs an education nonprofit based in Seoul. She graduated from Stanford with a bachelor's degree in Computer Interaction Design & Engineering and a master's degree in Communication.
