Dr Jean Innes is Director of Transformation and Strategy at Faculty. Before joining Faculty Jean was Director of Consumer Data at Rightmove, the UK's top online property search website, where she delivered the company's first machine learning capabilities and team and led the analytics function and consumer business. Jean worked at Amazon as Head of Commercial Relationships in the UK retail business, and also has experience in the public sector as Deputy Director at HM Treasury. Jean is a Non-Executive Director at HouseMark, with a focus on data and technology. Jean holds a BSc (Imperial College) and PhD (Cambridge) in Chemistry and won a Lindemann Fellowship for post-doctoral work at Stanford University, USA.
