Lifelong learner and aspiring advocate, Jenn seeks to empower diverse communities to overcome our world's most pressing issues. From her work with Syrian refugees in Amman, Jordan, to international policy work in Washington, D.C., and supporting the development of the small but mighty Lancaster City community, Jenn has a passion for cultivating change. She is looking forward to the journey ahead with likeminded leaders across the world.

Jenn earned her B.A. in Middle Eastern Studies and Arabic, with a focus on Human Rights. She has had the privelege of supporting the journey of two asylees from Columbia, working with the U.S. Attorney General's Office in Washington D.C. in the Sex Crimes and Domestic Violence Unit, and working with the Jordanian Hashemite Fund for Human Development (JOHUD) to develop childhood English education and women's empowerment/ health programming. In the Shaper world, she is an alumna of the AMEL Institute, 2020.
