Hey everyone, I’m Jenn Zeng🔅 — a 21-year-old builder of bold ideas, connector of people, and firm believer that 𝙖𝙣𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙨 𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙨 𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙚𝙫𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 when passion meets purpose.

🌍 Born and raised in Budapest, I’ve lived across 𝙃𝙪𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙧𝙮, 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙖, 𝘾𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙙𝙖, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙐𝙆 — growing up between Eastern and Western cultures and philosophies 🇭🇺🇨🇳🇨🇦🇬🇧. This journey across three continents has shaped me into a multicultural, open-minded, and curious individual who thrives on meaningful connection and creative exploration.

🏆 Currently, I serve as 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙇𝙎𝙀𝙎𝙐 𝙀𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙪𝙧𝙨 𝙎𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙩𝙮, one of the UK’s largest student-led entrepreneurship communities. I’m passionate about turning vision into action by building spaces where innovation thrives and individuals feel empowered to lead with intention. I also created 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙐𝙆 𝙁𝙚𝙢𝙖𝙡𝙚 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨’ 𝘽𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙠𝙛𝙖𝙨𝙩 𝘾𝙡𝙪𝙗 and 𝘾𝙤-𝙁𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙘𝙩 — two initiatives that unite future leaders to exchange ideas, foster authentic relationships, and drive real impact.

💐 Across all my work, I champion 𝙫𝙖𝙡𝙪𝙚-𝙙𝙧𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙣, 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮-𝙘𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 — with a focus on amplifying female voices, uplifting young changemakers, and advancing purpose-led entrepreneurship. I lead with optimism, execute with clarity, and create environments where people feel seen, heard, and inspired to grow.

🪂 Outside of work, I’m a 𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿 (heels, commercial, and hip-hop), a 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗮 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗮𝘀𝘁, and a 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗿 — I went 4,000m skydiving at 16 and bungee jumping at 17, because I believe life is meant to be lived boldly and fully.

🌟 At the heart of what I do is a simple belief: 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳. Whether I’m speaking on international stages, mentoring young leaders, or co-creating something new over coffee, I’m here to build a world where innovation is inclusive, impact is intentional, and leadership is deeply human.
