Marketer by profession, designer by heart and leader by conviction.

Jessi is an Entrepreneurship Leader at Tecnológico de Monterrey, Aguascalientes Campus, where she is also a professor of topics such as creativity, design, leadership and purpose.

She collaborated as a Ninja Web with Unreasonable Mexico, triggering social impact by one of her passion: design. In 2015, she was awarded the OeAD Ernst Mach Grant financed by the Austrian Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Research (BMBWF). She received her B.A. in Marketing and Communications from Tecnológico de Monterrey.

Since 2019, she has been part of the Global Shapers Community, an initiative of the World Economic Forum; representing Aguascalientes in order to learn best practices, know specialized research on the political, economic and social environment to tropicalize it to specific projects with local impact and global vision. In her role as Curator, she works in the leadership of the Aguascalientes Hub.

Speaker, workshop facilitator and mentor with the purpose of democratizing access to content and tools that promote the significance of people, increase the purposeful legacy and inspire to make things happen.

Ambassador of Aguascalientes for Women's Entrepreneurship Day Organization Mexico (WEDO), empowering, celebrating and supporting women entrepreneurs to be an active participant in the global economy.

Mentor and climate leader for The Climate Reality Project, a global network of activists leading the fight for climate solutions and committed to building a sustainable future.

She is passionate about justice and personal development issues, which has led her to always seek new opportunities to help other and continue growing both personally and professionally.

She is part of the academic community “IKIGAI”, a program based on the Japanese philosophy about finding our reason for being.
