Jibikeoluwa “Jibike” Faborode is a multidisciplinary business strategist and international development leader driving geostrategic innovation, cross-functional execution, and inclusive growth across more than 35 countries. Her career spans energy and infrastructure strategy, venture capital, foreign policy, and development finance—advancing global economic resilience and security through data-driven innovation and partnerships.
Her work integrates strategy, finance, and geopolitics to design scalable solutions that strengthen markets, expand economic infrastructure, and build resilience in both emerging and advanced economies. She has delivered over $500 million in transaction pipelines and led transformative initiatives in clean energy, education, trade facilitation, and peace-centered economic development. Jibike has held leadership and advisory roles at EY-Parthenon, Energy Capital Ventures, the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, the African Development Bank, PIND Foundation, ElectHER, the Africa Female Founders Collective, and the Fund for Peace, where she co-authored the globally referenced 2022 Fragile States Index Report.
She is also the Co-Founder of the Include Me Africa Initiative, a non-profit advancing disability inclusion through STEM education and venture-building for care tech solutions in eldercare across Africa. Jibike earned her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, where she was recognized as a Youn Impact Scholar and one of Poets & Quants’ “100 Best & Brightest MBAs.” She also holds a Master’s in International Policy from Duke University as a Rotary Peace Fellow and a Bachelors in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University.
