Member of the Constituent Assemblies that drafted the Constitutions of the Second and Third Republics respectively. Founding Member: Progress Party (PP), the Popular Front Party (PFP), New Patriotic Party (NPP). Member of Parliament during the Second and Third Republic. Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs. Member, Ghanaian Delegations to the OAU, Ministerial Meetings in Addis Ababa, and the Non-Aligned Movement summit in Lusaka. PFP's Spokesman on Foreign Affairs.
