I was part of the literary movement Acción Poética Pereira (2013–2017), where I promoted art and the written word as tools for urban and cultural change.

Between 2015 and 2019, I participated in the Futuros Dirigentes Leadership Program in Pereira, serving as participant, staff member, area coordinator, and trainer, where I cultivated leadership skills and youth development.

In 2019, I was selected as a fellow of the U.S. Department of State’s Study of the U.S. Institutes (SUSI) on Social Entrepreneurship program, held at the University of Miami and Miami University in Oxford, Ohio—an experience that strengthened my global perspective and commitment to social impact.

I was part of the Global Shapers Community Pereira, where I co-founded and coordinated initiatives such as the “Ruta ODS” project (2020–2022) and “Embajadores por los ODS” (2022), both focused on promoting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals at the local level.

More recently, I participated in and coordinated the Parche Democrático project within Global Shapers (2023–2024), a civic space for dialogue, youth political education, and active participation in public affairs. Today, after five years of community work, I am an alumnus of the Pereira Hub (2019-2024).

In my professional experience, I have worked in public governmental entities, contributing to processes aimed at protecting public resources, strengthening democratic values, and consolidating the Social Rule of Law. My work has focused on promoting institutional transparency, citizen oversight, and the ethical management of public affairs, with a strong commitment to social justice and sustainable development.

Currently, I am a lawyer in the General Secretariat of the Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira. I also collaborate as a facilitator or advisor in youth leadership spaces and support social causes in my community.
