Dr Julius Gatune is a Senior Policy Advisor at ACET. Julius has extensive experience in long tern planning. Prior to joining ACET, Julius worked at McKinsey & Co.
Julius has a Ph. D in Policy Analysis for the Pardee RAND Graduate School and Masters in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge. He is a fellow at Frederick S. Pardee Centres for study of the Future at University and at the University of Denver
