Karim is a purpose-driven professional with a background in finance, audit, and management control, though his true passion lies in creating meaningful impact through people-centered initiatives. His journey began at Morocco’s Ministry of Interior, within the National Initiative for Human Development, where he helped design and implement youth inclusion programs focused on entrepreneurship, employment, and social empowerment. With a strong foundation in monitoring and evaluation, he ensured these initiatives delivered real, measurable change.
He went on to serve as Regional Projects Manager at the Mohammed V Foundation for Solidarity, leading community-driven projects that promoted dignity, opportunity, and resilience.
Today, he brings that same energy and commitment to the Ministry of Energy Transition and Sustainable Development, where he’s focusing on climate change, supporting Morocco’s sustainable development goals and helping shape it’s response to one of the most urgent challenges of our time.
