Karim is a Mexican entrepreneur and young executive as Global Sourcing Manager for multinational company Corning Inc. The challenges he faced to grow from the bottom of the labor work force up to become a business executive in just 10 years, closing multinational agreements and contracts with business leaders and CEO around the world, inspired him to teach and mentoring the youth through real empowerment and proving the mindset tools. Karim is the Founding Curator of the Reynosa Hub.

Karim has a Bachelor's degree in International Business and holds an MBA with focus in Finance. In addition, in 2017 he founded Enterprise Group in Reynosa, Mexico which is a non profit organization that fosters circular economy among local industry and markets, boosting the local industry. Karim has broad experience in managing multinational business projects in APAC, EMEA and the Americas.
