Karlina has a higher education in Business administration and Finance. Currently she works as a Group's Internal Communication Manager at 4finance which is one of Europe’s largest digital consumer lending groups. There Karlina aims to ensure smooth and timely information exchange between Group’s offices in 15 countries and increase employee satisfaction.
Before that Karlina gained her experience in a PR company working with clients in retail sector. She has also gained international exposure while working in IT company in Italy.
