Kaushalya is a Public Policy and International Development Professional with strong stakeholder management skills. Her competencies are in strategic communications, policy and political research, advocacy and multi-stakeholder partnerships. She recently completed her Master's in Public Policy from the University of Oxford where she was a Blavatnik School of Government Public Service Scholar.

She has 6+ years of global cross-sectoral work experience with leading International NGOs, the Private Sector, Academia and Governments. These include Oxfam Ireland, Oxfam India, universities such as Oxford, Princeton, Newcastle and UCD, the Indian Parliament and the UK Government. Kaushalya also holds an MSc in International Development from University College Dublin where she was a European Commission Erasmus Mundus Scholar.
