Mr. Naito serves as Chief Ecosystem Officer at Eisai Co., Ltd. He is responsible for Global Ecosystem by creating the Eisai Universal Platform, which advances solutions that include drugs that rely on a variety of data, seeking to deliver them in the most appropriate way to “The People” who may live healthy daily lives or have illness by inviting other industries to utilize the solutions and information generated by Eisai Universal Platform and increase the contribution from each industry to “The People”. He is also responsible for preparing launch readiness for next generation disease modifying therapy for Alzheimer disease in Japan market. He formerly experienced Chief Digital Officer, Head of Consumer Experience Transformation, Deputy President of Eisai Japan, Head of Dementia Total Inclusive Ecosystem, representative Corporate Planning and Strategy, Marketing, Alliance in Eisai’s global network. He received an MBA from The Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management in June 2017.
