Kemal Brown is the Founder, President & CEO of Digita Global Marketing Ltd, a Caribbean based, global impact focused media company and marketing agency. He is also Chairman of Digita Global Group Inc. He is a graduate of the University of the West Indies and presently sits on its Distinguished Volunteers Committee. He is a former Academic, having lectured at two Caribbean Universities. Mr. Brown has been privileged to be a Member of the Rotary Club of St. Andrew, is a Fellow of the Commonwealth 33Sixty Leadership Programme. He is a former Vice-Curator of the Global Shapers Kingston Hub.

He is a Speaker and Trainer who has delivered over 100 talks in numerous countries geared towards corporate transformation, personal development, wealth creation, entrepreneurship, and maximizing human capital. He is also a recognized consultant on digital strategy, ideation, and entrepreneurship and has mentored numerous Caribbean high-growth start-ups.

He is a recipient of the Archie Singham Research Award and the Top Performer Award for the 2017 Scotiabank Vision Achiever Programme. Digita University (an online learning platform being pioneered by Digita Global Marketing Ltd.), put him in the Top 5 Creative Entrepreneurs in Jamaica, in the Creative Cup Entrepreneur Challenge of 2017, and Top 10 Finalist SLUSH Global Impact Accelerator 2017. He has represented his company and Jamaica in Colombia, Portugal, Russia, Canada among others.

He lives by the philosophy of Kaizen, constantly pursuing daily improvement towards excellence. He enjoys reading, and investing his time, energy and resources towards developing both young and seasoned members of society alike.
